6. Turn out position in legs during sitting stretch

The studio’s threshold exercises are:
- Hold splits for 60 seconds, achieve full split
- Understand 4 points of body and hips isolation
- Hold balance for 10 seconds on each leg
- Cobra stretch (feet to head)
- Freestyle dance for 30 seconds, use at least 4 learned bounces)
- Complete 10 clear push ups
- Freestyle dance for 30 sec.(use at least 4 learned bounces)
